PTZ Range strengthens Dallmeier’s dome offering

Dallmeier’s growing reputation as a source of excellence in the manufacture of CCTV cameras and domes is enhanced by their range of fully-functional PTZ domes: the DDZ series.

Currently comprising three models, the DDZ range offers users all the benefits of a remotely controlled hi-resolution, high speed, day-night dome camera. Models are differentiated by optical zoom: 18x, 26x or 36x.

Dallmeier has a deserved reputation for building functional breadth into all their products, and this is well reflected in the DDZ series.

Each model features a 1/4” Super or ExView HAD CCD sensor, Pure Digital Signal Processing and a hi resolution zoom lens (range variable by model). In addition to the model’s optical zoom there is an additional 10x or 12x digital zoom capability.

Each model offers high sensitivity for low-light images. Switching between day/night is enabled by its ICR function. Enhanced image quality is assured by means of numerous control functions like AWB, AGC, BLC and slow shutter speed. Each dome offers auto-focus with manual override.

The high-performance Pan/Tilt/Zoom mechanism includes 248 programmable preset positions and 12 programmable guard tours. Each unit features 8 alarm inputs and 2 relay outputs with configuration and control via an RS-485 interface.

Options on the DDZ series include a tinted bubble, weather proof housing to IP67 with fan/heater option, sun shield and a range of ceiling, wall and in-ceiling mounting options.
