It really was CIEFFE’s night at the Hilton hotel in Coventry – England – and the company was awarded the "Best Hardware Product" prize at the IIPSEC trade fair, the highly regarded event focused on the most modern network security technologies.

The product winning the spoils was the latest NETTUNO MegaDome, rolled out worldwide in Coventry; it is the first megapixel dome system in the world with PTZ movement control. The prize awarded to CIEFFE at the gala evening was the culmination of a great deal of interest from the visitors and competing exhibitors alike in the two days of the trade fair. Everyone present was able to assist in live demonstrations of the potential of the new baby from CIEFFE: Extremely high-quality images at 1600 x 1200 pixels, 16 x optical zoom and unlimited digital zoom, all this on a fast and precise 360° movement and with MPEG 4 compression on high-res video, ensuring savings in terms of bandwidth and storage.

The event jury, made up of individuals well-known for their experience and impartiality, recognised the MegaDome’s impressive features and the importance of such a product in consolidating the current growth of the IP market.

Fabrizio Colciago, CIEFFE CEO remarked how delighted he was for the company "To win at IIPSEC, the trade fair dedicated to showcasing technological research, our primary design brief, is an extra pleasure.
